12 women say they were abused as children at downstate campus of school for deaf in White Plains


WHITE PLAINS (AP) — Twelve women say in a lawsuit that they were sexually abused as children while attending a prestigious school for the h
earing impaired.

The lawsuit, filed on Wednesday against the New York School for the Deaf, alleges that a now-deceased dormitory housemaster, Joseph Casucci, molested multiple girls on a daily basis in a bunkhouse style dorm 1964 and 1975. The suit says the victims were as young as 4 years old.,84884
