VOLUNTEERS

Join Creating Safer Havens’ Volunteers, the Team that Makes a Difference in the Protection of Children and Child Abuse Prevention.

As a volunteer for Creating Safer Havens, Inc., you will not have direct contact with children or youth.

Steps toward volunteering:


    1. Please fill out the Volunteer Application (PDF document, 198KB) and mail to Creating Safer Havens, Inc. OR you can fill out the form below online.

    2. You will be contacted to attend an information session.

    3. Your personal interview will be conducted after you attend an information session.

    Call the office to schedule a personal interview.

    4. Participate in training for your specific area of volunteering.

    Examples:

    • Fund-raising
    • Hosting home meetings or Fund-raising events
    • Becoming a trainer in various phases of the program.
    • Phone
    • Contacting churches
    • Coordinating trainings
